Booking rules<\/h2>\n
The booking fee for the Large Cottage is 1200\u00a0 SEK and 800 SEK for the Small Cottage. The booking fee is to be payed within a week from when your booking has been confirmed.\u00a0 The rest of the payment at the latest 3 weeks before\u00a0 arrival.<\/p>\n
Payment will be either to our bank account or if you have Swish. You will get the account numbers when your booking is confirmed. Do not forget to give us your name and dates for your stay.<\/p>\n
The booking fee is non refundable. If you have to cancel yor stay between 3 weeks up to 1 week before your arrival you will be charged 50% of the total cost.<\/p>\n
If you have to cancel your stay 1 week or less before your arrival, you have to pay 75% of the total cost.<\/p>\n

The guest is responsible for emptying the dish washer and put back all clean dishes.<\/p>\n
Take out the trash and recycling items such as alluminum cans, glass and hard plastic.\u00a0<\/p>\n
If you have rented bed linen, please remove them from the beds.<\/p>\n
If you would like to clean the cottage yourself, there is a checklist in the binder.<\/p>\n
We sort out household waste and separate glass, aluminium and hard plastic containers. We compost food waste.<\/p>\n
